Theodore Hale

Before co-founding Flanagan & Hale, Theodore Hale spent years inside the Harris County criminal justice system prosecuting serious criminal cases. His experience includes handling cases in the felony domestic violence division, working human trafficking prosecutions, and ultimately serving as the Chief Prosecutor of a Harris County court.
In that role, he oversaw thousands of criminal cases and worked alongside prosecutors, judges, and law enforcement on a daily basis. He has been involved in and supervised countless hearings, negotiations, and trials — giving him firsthand insight into how prosecutors evaluate cases, build strategies, and decide which cases to pursue aggressively.

Today, that experience is used to defend the accused. Theodore Hale brings deep knowledge of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, local court procedures, and the way criminal cases are handled behind the scenes.

Connor Flanagan
Lifelong Criminal Defense Attorney
Connor Flanagan has dedicated his entire legal career to criminal defense. Before co-founding the firm, he trained and worked at multiple respected criminal defense and DWI defense firms in Houston, gaining experience defending clients charged with everything from first-time misdemeanors to serious criminal offenses.
His background is rooted in trial work, case strategy, and aggressive defense litigation. Connor has spent years inside courtrooms fighting criminal charges and developing defenses tailored to the facts of each individual case.

Because criminal defense started from day one, Connor brings a defense-first mindset to every case — focused on protecting clients, challenging the State’s evidence, and pushing for dismissals whenever possible.
